Unlike standard ERP software, it accounts for art-specific requirements such as insurance values, climate-controlled storage and complete object tracking. FondiSoft's solution for this is called LEO.
FondiSoft has been developing tailored ERP systems for two specialist industries since 2020: art and exhibition logistics (product LEO) and stainless steel processing (product Coil ERP). Both industries have processes that standard ERP systems cannot map – such as AWB documentation in art logistics or process-oriented order handling in coil processing.
Implementation follows a five-step process: initial consultation, requirements analysis, module design, agile development with feedback loops, and rollout including training and ongoing support. The timeline depends on the individual scope and is discussed during the initial consultation.
LEO (Logistics Exhibition Organizer) is built specifically for art shippers, art handlers and museum logistics, and natively supports processes such as AWB creation, customs compliance and object-level documentation that generic ERP systems don't cover. Mobile apps are also available for use in the field.
Because every FondiSoft ERP system is tailored to specific modules, scope and industry, there is no flat-rate price. Costs are calculated after a free initial consultation, based on actual requirements.
